The Herb Kohl Educational Foundation will send scholarship checks to the post-secondary institutions chosen by 2010 Excellence and Initiative Scholars during the week of August 2, 2010.
Recipients of 2010 Herb Kohl Educational Foundation scholarships and fellowships have been announced. To view a complete list of award recipients, click on "Press Releases" at the top of this page.
The Herb Kohl Educational Foundation is now providing $3,000 grants to each of the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction's Teachers of the Year. Annually, four teachers are chosen by DPI to receive this award. One of the four educators will be chosen to represent Wisconsin in the National Teacher of the Year competition and will receive an additional $6,000 from the Kohl Foundation.
